Agreement to Terms
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Registration and Your Information
If you want to use certain features of the Services you’ll have to create an account (“Account”). You can do this via the online, physical form filling, App or the Site or through your account with certain third-party social networking services such as Facebook,google +, twitter, social media….
It’s important that you provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information for your Account and you agree to update such information, as needed, to keep it accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you don’t, we might have to suspend or terminate your Account. You agree that you won’t disclose your Account password to anyone and you’ll notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. You’re responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you know about them.
Using the Services
Via the Services, users can select from a variety of options to create customized relaxation and self-improvement sessions. You can also use the paid functionality of the Services to utilize the enhanced functionality of the Services, described in further detail under the Section titled “Purchases” below.
Purchases
Fees
BUYMARG offers certain enhanced features of the Services which you can purchase as a monthly, yearly or lifetime subscription (“Subscription”). A description of features associated with Subscriptions is available via the Services. The amounts due and payable by you for a Subscription that you purchase through the Services will be presented to you before you place your order. If you choose to purchase a Subscription via the Services, you agree (a) to pay the applicable fees and any taxes; (b) that BUYMARG may charge your credit card for verification, pre-authorization and payment purposes if you purchase via the site, or if you purchase via the App, charge your account with the app store or distribution platform (like the Apple App Store or Google Play) where the App is made available (each, an “App Provider”); and (c) to bear any additional charges that your App Provider, bank or other financial service provider may levy on you as well as any taxes or fees that may apply to your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email after we confirm the payment for your order. Your order is not binding on BUYMARG until accepted and confirmed by BUYMARG. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Subscription
All amounts are payable and charged: (i) for one-off purchase (e.g. lifetime Subscription), at the time you place your order; and (ii) For monthly or yearly subscriptions, at the beginning of the subscription and, because each such subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it, at the time of each renewal until you cancel. You must cancel your monthly or yearly Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period. If you purchase your Subscription via the Site or physical form filling, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time by contacting us by email at support@35.192.84.61. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current Subscription period. If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel or reject any credit card or App Provider charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with BUYMARG. BUYMARG reserves the right to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined, if we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in other circumstances BUYMARG deems appropriate in its sole discretion. BUYMARG also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in connection with your order. BUYMARG will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
Changes to Price Terms
BUYMARG reserves the right to change its pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time and BUYMARG will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to BUYMARG’s pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription in accordance with the section “Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Subscription.”
Future Functionality
You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by BUYMARG regarding future functionality or features.
Feedback
We welcome feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Services (“Feedback”). You can submit Feedback by emailing us at feedback@35.192.84.61. You grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sublicense able and transferable license under any and all intellectual property rights that you own or control to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by BUYMARG.
BUYMARG has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that BUYMARG shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Disputes arising in connection with these Website Terms & Services (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana (India). All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the Telugu & English language.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

The Client has given his consent to contact him for any business promotion of BUYMARG during the tenure of this agreement or even after the expiry of its tenure, whether the Client has registered or not registered their entity/firm’s contact number in the “Do Not Call”(DND) registry of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
